One day suddenly my Razer Viper V2 Pro stopped working wirelessly, only wired. I made sure that the firmware was up to date, and checked many other recommendations shared on razer forum yet I couldn't solve the issue. Tested it in other PCs but those don't even detect the mouse's dongle

If dongle is not detected, and you still have warranty for it, then I’d just RMA it.
