Wolverine V3 Potential Fix

akmaljohnmajid

I’ve had to replace my Wolverine V3 twice for disconnecting issues in the few months that I’ve owned it. Razer refuses to acknowledge the issue or address it. So I’ve taken things into my own hands. I designed and 3D printed a piece to lock the cable into place. I used museum putty as the adhesive so I will be able to take it off for warranty claim or if any other reason arises. I will keep y’all updated as I use it. Hopefully this is the fix we need. I have the design if anybody else wants to give it a try.

Following, it’s a shame because I genuinely enjoy the controller very much.  Best controller I have ever used but if this problem continues I will refund it and either go with a Fly Digi or 8bitdo.  Their support seems better as well.

I’ve heard a lot of good things about both of those controllers. if you’re interested in keeping the razor and have access to a 3-D printer, I can send you the model

Ill keep that in mind, thank you so much.  Right now I sent a Razer rep a PM to discuss the issue with.  Hopefully they respond.  I will update if they do not.  It’s shame as expensive as the v3 tournament edition is, the 8bitdo and fly digi are quite a bit cheaper with better support and such.  It’s a pretty big shame really.  We will see, and I will let you know.  Thanks again so much.
