Viper V2 Pro Dongle

So I received a Viper V2 Pro as a gift and for some reason my dongle was dead on arrival. I have tried multiple computers and multiple ports but just seems to not work. I ruled out the mouse being that when wired, everything works fine. Is it possible to use another Razer dongle for another mouse or will I have to buy a brand new dongle specific to the Viper V2 Pro?

    If it’s not available in Windows device manager when you’ll plug the dongle - it may be dead.

    If so, I’d contact Razer Support, it’s a new mouse, so why you want to pay for another dongle? :) https://mysupport.razer.com/app/contact-support
