I had Razer Barracuda x 2021 (only used with PS5 via type C dongle) and it worked good for one year after that it started giving crackling sound while gaming and shut down automatically on heavy explosions in Games. I RMAed it and got the Razer Barracuda X (2022) Model. From Day One I am again noticing the crackling sound while Gaming on PS5 (via type C dongle). Its just 5 days of my usage and already getting crackling sound & latency issues to my wireless controller while playing Call of Duty. What is the issue? Any Help?
I just updated my firmware to 1.7.0.0 (latest one) still the Same issues.
