Wolverine V3 Pro Input Lag issue

Recently bought a Wolverine V3 Pro controller, I have been playing with it in the tournament mode (1000hz polling) I irregularly will get input lag, I am playing a dirt bike racing game with the controller and the throttle will essentially stick open briefly after I have already let off causing me to crash a lot, unplugging and plugging the controller back in seems to correct it for a short time, I think it happens with any function on the controller I just notice it the most on the throttle end, it appears this is happening on one of your keyboards as well looking through the treads, for how expensive your products are hopefully you are well aware of this issue and actively working to correct this with a firmware update, I have found Reddit threads with the same issue on the Wolverine and most are just flat out returning the controller.
