7.1 Surround won't work.

so, when i log in / log in as guest, 7.1 surround just closes to tray and when i left click on the icon:

and when i right click:
 

no clue how to launch app, i’ve tried restarting the app, reinstalling it, restarting my pc. nothing works.

Hi Noulix,

From what you described, 7.1 Surround signs in normally, but instead of opening, it just minimizes to the system tray and won’t come back up. Just to check, was it working fine before this started happening? Also, when did you first notice the issue? When you get a chance, please send me a PM with the answers to these questions so I can check for possible workarounds:

  • What Windows version/build are you using?
  • What Razer headset are you using?
  • After you sign in, does 7.1 Surround show up in Task Manager as running in the background?
  • If you double-click the tray icon, does anything happen at all?
  • Do you see any error message, even for a second?
  • Did this start after a Windows update or after reinstalling 7.1 Surround?
