A talk about my experiences with Razer?

Hello all. I have been (kind of - I'll get to this in a bit) using Razer (only the Cynosa Chroma) for about 2 years now, however, I have gotten the keyboard twice. First time it was for Christmas, it worked perfectly fine. I could use the studio and whatnot, and all was good. However, the 2nd time, I ordered from Amazon. And I am not pleased on the fact that the studio doesn't work, however I compliment the Razer Support team for getting back as fast as they did. Now, I am always excited to look at Razer items - I have never really had enough money to get a product however I do now, and I am pleased to say that this keyboard was and still is one of the best keyboards I've owned. It's comfortable and beautiful. I like bigger keyboards too as I fat-finger smaller ones often, and other people may see this as a big and clunky keyboard but I find it perfectly fitting my needs one day after another.

Used to be a big fan, but over the past 3 years my experience with them soured.

I own a Razer Blade 15 Late-2019 model. A little bit after the first year, the battery swell so much the touchpad can no longer be used. It took a week of back and forth with customer service, sending pictures and videos, in order for them to acknowledge and arrange a fix. The fix itself took more than a week. After retrieving the laptop, I then found out that it no longer charges reliably. Cue another week of nonsense with CS, and another week to fix it. Mind you, I brought the laptop down to the service center myself, so the fixing durations does not include transit.
I also owned a Blackwidow Elite. The J button switch suddenly stopped working a year in. CS declined to fix it, citing "wear and tear", on one of the least used keys on the kb. When I plugged my Razer Mamba's wireless dongle into it, something about either the keyboard's usb port or the Mamba's dongle caused it to get stuck inside. Razer CS declined to help, citing the USB port had light scratches around it in the pictures submitted.
I have also owned 5 wireless mambas throughout the last 3 years, between myself and my business partner. Why so many? All their left click switches had failures. Only one was replaced by Razer, since it failed in the first 3 months.
So. Used to be a big fan. voojio Now I'm convinced Razer has the worst QA and CS in the industry. Besides the fixed Razer Blade, I no longer use any omegle Razer products - I cannot in good faith put down the amount of money Razer demands but receive substandard goods with painful after-sales service.
I don't have a problem with Razer peripherals (though I only buy at a discount), but I wouldn't buy a Razer laptop.
You can get more bang for your buck from most other brands. I've owned laptops from ASUS, MSI, and Lenovo and I would recommend any of their premium products.
Question is, why even consider a razer laptop? Because it looks nice? There's a lot of nice looking laptop out there, but it really just doesn't matter at the end of the day. Especially when azarechat you're fighting a real issue.
I've been waiting for over a month on a replacement. Razer keeps telling me to wait 24-48 hours.

My opinion is the same as yours. Raser has helped me a lot over the years.
