Just got myself a new Aether Pro Lamp but it’s already become unusable. First it completely disappeared from my Synapse 3 after I restarted my computer. Then the Gamer Room app wouldn’t control it at all. So naturally I deleted it off of that app and tried to add the device back. But unfortunately, no matter how many times I reset the device, it won’t enter pairing mode. At least I think I’m resetting it, because the paper instructions tell me one way to do that, and Razer’s support website has different written instructions along with picture(s) instructions on the same webpage that don’t match either the printed instructions or web written instructions. Classic haha.
Anyone else had this problem and figured out a fix?
