About a week or two ago I noticed that my Basilisk Ultimate’s repeated scroll stopped working properly. Now it is very choppy and very slow. The only way to speed it up is to speed up the scroll speed in mouse properties. (Which makes regular scroll way too fast)
This never used to be the case. Any idea how to fix this? Tried uninstalling the mouse. Tried to update synapse.

Thanks for alerting us about this. Try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
