Blackshark V3 doesn't charge with its own cable.

My Blackshark V3 does not charge with its own cable that came in the box.

During the first few days it charges with its own cable normally. But then I had to plug the cable into a different motherboard port to charge it. And now changing motherboard port isn't working either. I have to charge it with some other USBC cable.

When I connected its own cable the indicator light flashes once in bright green and then nothing but with any other USBC cable it charges normally while blinking the indicator light.

So far I only used another Razer USBC which came with my mouse to charge it.

Is this normal? Should I claim warrant?

    Still on warranty - so I’d try to contact Razer Support and told them about the problem with the cable, because why not.

    I’ve seen charging issues like this before. If the original cable worked initially and now doesn’t, I’d definitely try another port and check the cable before considering a warranty claim.

    I understand that your Razer BlackShark V3 initially charged normally using the included USB-C cable.

    Have you inspected the cable and connectors for any signs of damage, bent pins, or debris? Does the issue occur on different PCs, USB ports, or USB power adapters? Also, please let me know where did you purchase the headset?
