I Just wanted to UPDATE the Razer customers on the type of support to expect from the staff.

I have a support case so far going on for weeks and basically the batter they supplied exploded and destroyed my 5 year old computer.

They knew it was a danger to me and my family while working on it and told me to go buy a new one from their new offerings and basically good luck. Yah... please go spend $2000.

I have all pictures and convos as well as the current status of how bad it has gotten. It has now ripped all screws off and wedged the last screw so its unmovable.

THE most important part I need to share is their last response. They had the spin to offer me a $10 discount if i signed up for their newsletter. See the attached picture.

FYI they WILL lock this thread and make it disappear but please speak out and share your experience. I understand that computer is 5 years old but it still sells for $1500 online and should work not explode and cause a danger for me and my family.
