Can not connect Blackwidow ultimate 2017 keyboard to Naga x | Razer Insider

So my Naga Chroma was starting to act funky so I bought a Naga X.  My keyboard is the BlackWidow Ultimate 2017.  In the game I play I had certain commands linked to Alt+Num 1 ( which was the 1 button on my thumb pad).  Everytime I tried to change it on the new synapse it just “dinged” me and wouldn’t change anything. The Razer Synapse on my toolbar (green cloud) is not showing my new mouse, and the new version it had me download is not showing my keyboard.. I’m stuck. for now gonna plug back in my old Naga Chroma and deal with its glitches. Any help would be great.. 

STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS

  1. Download the pairing utility on your computer with the link above.
  2. Run the pairing utility.
  3. Click "NEXT" to proceed. ...
  4. Plug the wireless USB dongle into your computer.
  5. Click "NEXT". ...
  6. Connect the keyboard to your computer using the supplied USB cable.
  7. Click "PAIR" to start the pairing process.

Naga X is wired, but dont believe that matters. But I see no link to click for the pairing utility.
