Customs Clearance Delay?


I recently ordered a Core X Chroma from Razer and the shipment seems to be delayed at customs for 2 days now. Has anyone else experienced this and if so, how was the issue resolved?

Products can often get stuck at customs for many days, especially with the state of the world currently. The problem will be resolved whenever it gets clearance to pass customs. If this takes more than a week or so, I would contact the shipping company that the product is being shipped by in order to make sure everything is fine and it is just stuck at customs still.

My Order is stuck as well and support isn’t helpful. On my tracking it specifically says they are waiting for paperwork razer hasn’t sent. Pretty frustrating. Have order tons of stuff from China in the past and haven’t ever seen the tracking updates like this.

My Order is stuck as well and support isn’t helpful. On my tracking it specifically says they are waiting for paperwork razer hasn’t sent. Pretty frustrating. Have order tons of stuff from China in the past and haven’t ever seen the tracking updates like this.

I'm in the same boat with my Razer Core X. I also seem to be having issues with FedEx's package tracking site. I'm hoping it is just slow down because customs is busy.

Any updates? My order has been stuck for a couple days now, Fedex says it might be missing TSCA certification paperwork.

Any update my order stuck more than week right now !! customer support they just said wait!!!!!

My package says it's stuck too. I contacted FedEx and they told me they are waiting to ship it until they know more information about what's in the package. They told me the distributor needs to tell them.

I have ordered a Razer blade 15 from the Razer online store and the same thing happened to me. First the shipment got struck at the customs and now finally it reached to my local FedEx location but the status shows “delivery exception”and the shipper has contacted fedex to ship the product back to them. What the heck is wrong with Razer. If anyone encountered this kind of issue please let me know what happened. Razer order support is awful they have no info about the orders. They just track the order using the tracking number and give you the same tracking info which you can see.

Having the same issue. Fedex says my order requires more information from Razer to be released. I called and they said it is the shipper's responsibility to provide the information and there is nothing I can do as the recipient. Razer does not answer phones and no one is available on chat. I have tried repeatedly. I guess the customer service at Razer is as bad as ever.

I’m very sad that we all are going through this and I also think that you are atleast lucky that FedEx gave you a proper reason for them to return the order. In my case they say that the shipper contacted them after the very next day of shipping the order to return the shipment. I think there’s some kind of fraud that razer is doing. Today morning I reached out to one of the support agents in the live chat and I was totally baffled after hearing their response. They said that FedEx didn’t attempt the delivery which they clearly did. I told them to get ready to be sued. I hate these kind of experiences even after paying thousands of dollars for a premium service and quality. I’ll keep you guys posted on my case and if you guys have any update on yours please do the same. But after all the experience that I had, I’m sure that this is not going to resolve anytime soon.
