Pido disculpas por mi inglés, pero adquirí un mouse naga hex v2, nunca reconocí la PC, no funciona, trato de hablar con el soporte técnico y nunca contesté, ahora, tengo que poner un mouse en mi culo , paga mucho dinero, en Argentina estos productos por impuestos son muy caros, jode razer

i ve read so many comments like this but honestly ... how are u guys using mouse ? lol .. mine is fine as hell ... FOR Synapse maybe YES .. it makes ur PC LAG or what since its a software that run all the time ( well the only solution for this is buy a GOOD PC or LAPTOP ) im not saying this because of im a razer fan or what ( well i am . but im telling u the truth about my experience ) some of their stuff ( exp RAZER MAMBA ) are sucks , but some are not and im FINE using it , EXCEPT Synapse 3 >.< no bodies perfect dude . Indeed I dont understand it too, I have razer naga back from like 2013. Still using is it as my 2nd mouse. And it still looks new, works well. Maybe You are the problem.

I'm guessing you keep buying fakes, Razer mice are plastic (not cardboard?, upload pics please.) and their keyboard switches are some of the best out there. I'm not sure what a fake switch is I guess😂 Also in the Reddit link, the guy said that the problem was the lights in Fortnite, you could just disable the in game Chroma to fix it. That is nothing compared to all users have input lag.

When i read something like i dont get what people think when write. Lets start with mouse i use in past years naga epic 2014 work for this day and it's in perfect shape i play wow so i use mmo mouse for long houres day after day. For build quality man read the topics and watch some videos becose you dont have any corsair staff build quality there is plastic that can crack very easy. Right now i use naga epic chroma around two years and it's like new and mamba wirless aroud a year both work and look perfect. When you use mouse on dirst, sand you dont care about what will happend to device i can say you this even the best build nad super quality device will scrach, crack or cover in dust. Razer make the best quality device and it's a fact not marketing look at awards they dont lie :P For switches in keybords/keypads yeah you forget that razer have own disaign switches and dont use common MX type like other brands (corsair) so you have doffrent expiriance next thing is switch from razer can work up to 80mln key stroke not like MX (corsair keybords) 50mln for opto switch it's 100mln and you write about cheap chinese fake heh read some review not posts on web where oeple most time dont know what they write. For synapse 3 it's not the best smooth expiriance you can have on the market but this softwere is still on the beta and synapse is long time so the change must happend they are pro and cons about this situation like we cousters/users of razer devices can be part of creating the synapse giving feedback what can be add or change not everything is bad but for people that can't understand that it's not a permanent situation can be a issue.

Second mouse already this happened (normal mouse not chinese or anything)..., bottom of mouse starts to peel of. I am not talking about sticker when you unpack mouse from the box. There is some sort of pasteboard on bottom of mouse for some reason and it starts to peel of and cause huge friction. This mouse having only 4 months and not smashing it or anything. It is generally in good condition, but bottom is already peeling... Razer so hilarious... If someone is critic about their products they censor it and meanwhile they put in fake switches into keyboards. Razer was always of bad quality. It known only because a lots of marketing and while this brand is so crap... I bought it only because they had largest mouse, but i am not going to since there is better option now from corsair. Funny thing is i talked to razer and they didn't acknowledge it, while their uses all have experience of it. They want you to ran this software which tracks your every move !!! They won't acknowledge it, because it would damage their reputation and they won't fix it. I talked to support and tried everything, though years i tried even different computer and products and after installation it lags as hell and after uninstall it is fine instantly.. They will probaly censor this as well, but maybe someone will read this and decide buy zowie, or corsair or some decent brand...

I'm curious where you got your Razer products from? Shows us the receipt so that we can refrain buying from there.
