Has anyone gotten the govee razer thing to work?

I have bought the supported models even in the govee mobile app it says razer on them. Lan control is finally on both. I just can't get the govee desktop to see the supported straps so it can talk to razer synapse.

I've uninstalled reinstalled ever device and I do mean every. Every program followed the directions to a T. I work Speed Test in IT professionally troubleshooting whole company issues so this is the easiest thing I can do lol

I see it advertised have a fan good razer setup and I want rgb.
