How long does razer take to RMA my viper ultimate wireless

My viper ultimate wireless mouse button 4 is not working so sent it for RMA on 15th April reached at the center on 17th April. Now how long will they process and send me back the RMA mouse?

On my personal expiriance it take from contact support to the replecinhg arrve around 4 weeks.
