just keep an update, today i think they just fixed issue for insider rewards to get detected with its account. mice is the only think still had problem. some how is not detected. yet.

just keep an update, today i think they just fixed issue for insider rewards to get detected with its account. mice is the only think still had problem. some how is not detected. yet.

I had this same problem a couple of months ago. Even though your account registers the products, the only person who handles the product rewards on Insider is @Dekades. I recommend sending him a PM with your concerns 🙂
