i owned blade and mice that are connected witht this ID, why is not detected by insider rewards ?

I had this same problem a couple of months ago. Even though your account registers the products, the only person who handles the product rewards on Insider is @Dekades. I recommend sending him a PM with your concerns 🙂

just keep an update, today i think they just fixed issue for insider rewards to get detected with its account. mice is the only think still had problem. some how is not detected. yet.
while we here talking about rewards. there is another rewards i'd like to check
