Help, the letter d in my keyboard is not working and it might be the sensor :slightly_sad:

If you still have warranty for it - RMA it.
If you don't have it - disassembly it and check for any dirt etc near sensor. You can also try to swap key mechanism (with other working key), to check if this part is not damaged.
There is no one-size-fits-all answer to this question as the solution will depend on the specific issue you're encountering with your Huntsman TE. Here are some common fixes:

  • Clean the keyboard: Dust and debris can accumulate in the keys and cause them to stick or not register properly. Use compressed air or a soft cloth to clean the keyboard.

  • Update drivers: Make sure you have the latest drivers installed for your keyboard. Updating drivers can sometimes resolve compatibility issues.

  • Reset the keyboard: Try resetting the keyboard by disconnecting and reconnecting it or by pressing the reset button on the back if your keyboard has one.

  • Replace keycaps: If specific keys are not functioning, try replacing the keycaps for those keys.

  • Return or repair: If the fixes above don't work, consider returning the keyboard for a replacement or having it repaired.
