I literally got Screen burn-in on my laptop from playing a game.

So I play alot of Dota 2 and the number for the Hp/Mana bars in the bottom center of the screen are burnt into the screen. Has anyone ever experienced something like this. Is there anyway to fix it or make it better, or is it just there forever?
