i use a razer kraken, and when i try to use the 7.1 surround sound sofware for some reson when i try to use it it sound kinda like a skiping record and when i use it on youtube it also makes the video makes skips and i do not know what is going on. is there a way to fix it? 

If I would buy the Razer Deathadder V3 wired version, the 8K polling rate is available directly through the usb connection to the PC just by using the Razer software right?Also the main question, is the HyperPolling (8k polling rate) compatible with Windows 10 latest versions? On the forum it only mentions Windows 11 latest version. Thank you in advance for the help!

Hello, i have been using the Tartarus keypads for a few years and love them for the most part. I seem to have run into an issue that i haven’t been able to figure out how to fix so i am looking for some help. I was setting up a new profile for the new Wukong game and now i seem to have screwed up my D-Pad for all of my profiles and games. I can now only move forward, left, right and backwards none of the omni directions work any more like they used too. Pretty hard to jiggle peek when if you rotate the joystick you completely stop each time you hit the forward left or right inputs. When i am on synapse i click on the d pad and you have two joystick options one is the omni directional one and the other is only the 4 inputs up down left and right. If i click the omni directional and go into a game i have no movement at all but if i select the the 4 inputs one movement works I feel that i have done something in synapse to screw everything up but i don’t know what??? I have reset and delet

I updated my laptop, and my Kraken Kitty headset suddenly stopped showing up in Synapse 3. They work with my computer—I can use them and everything—but they will not work on Synapse. I even tried installing the new Razer Synapse, and they do show up there, but I cannot get sidetone to work. I can turn it on, but it doesn't work. Every time I go to a different page on the app, it sets my sidetone back to 0. It will not increase and stay there. Does anyone know what's going on? 

Whenever I use my barracuda xs on my ps5 with the dongle, I get a bit of static come through everytime audio is playing, it's not cnstant static like on a TV, but a faint static on all audio, this doesn't happen whenever I use the dongle of my laptop though, so am stuck on this issue 

Y’all I love this mouse. I have had three so far. I gotta say that the experience on a mint condition viper v3 pro is absolutely unreal. I came from a Logi g900 but this takes the cake. The shape is close so It fit my  hand like a glove and also the light weight of this mouse make headshots unreal for me. Good product and I hope Razer continues making great peripherals such as this. 

I’m been the owner of a Viper V2 for a couple months now and seeing the new features that the DAv3 Hyperspeed and the Viper V3 Pro received, would other older mice such as the DAv3 Pro or Viper V2 receive updates that will give them those features as well?

Hi, I have a 2020 Blade 15. It's been great to me, but it's started swelling to the point where the screen won't even close properly. Can anyone help me figure out what replacement battery I should be buying? 

I wanna buy a 2024 or 2023 Razer Blade 14. but everybody on this subreddit says they're unreliable and have battery bloat and die. is that just an unavoidable flaw of razer's quality control, or is there anything i could do so it doesn't die in two years? 

About to pull the trigger on the razer Wolverine V3 pro, but I was wonder if you can still connect it via Bluetooth to PC or using a sync button to an xbox without that little dongle. 

This is a request!!!Please create a mouse without the ability to click on the MIDDLE BUTTON SCROLL WHEEL. When I bunnyhop(jump) in games, at the most inopportune moment this click happens and my bhop(jump) speed decreases and I fall. Make the mouse wheel only up(mwheelup) and down(mwheeldown), without pressing the middle wheel(Middle Button, It happens that in games it is registered as MOUSE3.).This is not related to any technical malfunction of the mouse, it is just my accidental physical impact on the middle button wheel.

About a week or two ago I noticed that my Basilisk Ultimate’s repeated scroll stopped working properly. Now it is very choppy and very slow. The only way to speed it up is to speed up the scroll speed in mouse properties. (Which makes regular scroll way too fast)This never used to be the case. Any idea how to fix this? Tried uninstalling the mouse. Tried to update synapse.

I have a serious problem with Razor Gold I purchased from store since yesterday , I purchased razor gold $500 each one is $200+$200$100 Total $500, but all is 10 Digits numbers,I having a problem of 4 missing numbers In all the cards, please I really needed a help for this 

So I have had this issue for 2-3 Months for now, i didnt mind it at the first time because i thought it might just be some dust inside of it, bought canned air and sprayed it inside the v2 pro. That did help but only for 2-3 hours and now the problem is getting worse and worse. Sometimes it just goes up and down randomly, sometimes it just does nothing when i try to scroll with it. I dont know that to do please help me if you know how to fix it.

Im in the market for a new mouse pad and I want one for a long term use. I saw videos on glass mouse pads and saw that razer had the atlas so i was going to get it. However i then saw the firefly v2 pro and its more of a hard plastic. Which would be better for my use? I play Apex, and overwatch mainly, but do play non competitive games. Atm my dpi is around 2k on my deathadder v3 pro so I don't know if it will effect the options. My main mouse pad is the razer gigantus v2 XXXL but it does get dirty fast after every clean.

I am trying to buy the Razer Kishi Ultra (UK store) for the Honkai Impact 3rd bonuses but the page will not allow me to put in my payment details, it errors out every time. I’ve tried on two separate accounts and have tried so many times but can’t get it working. I was wondering if anyone else was having this problem.  I did test if I could get to the payment page with other products and it seems to be tied to this Kishi Ultra (with bonuses) specifically but I cannot find actual customer support to ask lol  

Hi!I just bought a Razer Blade 16 RTX 4070 i9-13950, but as I see (and thought earlier) it needs some temperature decreasing. I used ThrottleStop by my previous laptops, so in this case I'd ask advices from community about optimal and stable undervolting, which units and with how many mV, max frequency of CPU cores, max turbo etc.? I use newest version of Throttle 9.6.Greetings, Mydgard

 This needs to be taken seriously. Today, August 2nd 2024, Kroger on 1751 Patrick Dr., Burlington,  KY 41005 @ 1-859 -586-4450 PULLED all the RAZER GOLD CARDS off the shelves due to problems with missing pin numbers. Razer needs to take charge and reimburse those who have been victimized by Razers neglect to recognize the problem with their product and pay the customers what they lost in purchasing their product(s).After 2 weeks and emails - from different representative s daily- they closed my case with resolving the issue of missing pin digits.  Razer has ripped me off for more than 1500.00 and doesn't even say thank you. I am seeking legal advice because proof of purchase & photos were sent. Razer refuses to neglect the problem and reimburse their customers.

This just started happening and only on one machine.I have a macro that simulates me holding left click, it’s very simple. It’s a .01s delay followed by a left mouse button down press with no up. I have always been able to play this once and it would simulate me holding the left mouse button until I clicked the mouse.All of a sudden it only plays the once now as if there is an up click.Anyone have any ideas?
