Hey, folks!I've encountered an unpleasant issue while gaming with my Razer Kaira Pro headphones connected to my computer via Xbox Wireless Adapter. Here's the gist of the problem: sound cuts out every 10 to 30 seconds during games. Interestingly, when I watch YouTube videos, everything works fine, but in games, there are issues.I've tried to solve the problem myself, but so far, without success. Maybe someone here has faced a similar situation and knows how to fix it? I'd appreciate any help and advice!Thanks in advance!

I’m thinking of switching the OS because of the possible discontinued support for Windows 10. Sucks that Windows 11 does support the chipset for this model. I would be using it mainly for college cybersecurity projects and occasional video watching (shows, movies). I mainly use my PC for gaming now. The performance on this Razer laptop has just been unbearable and it’s starting to show its age. I was wondering whether these performance issues might carry on if I were to switch to Linux?

Razer, being the money grubbing company it is, I'm having trouble paring my kaira pros to the Razer audio app, one of the main reasons I got the headset. I have contacted customer support over 10 times now and all of the people say the same thing. I have a Motorola 5G if that matters.

Hi,I'm having this really annoying problem when I change my headset volume (by using the keyboard or the windows settings) also changes the audio balance.So tapping volume up will make the audio unbalance, tapping few time on volume up/down will even the balance again.Does anyone incounter this problem?The headsets are brand new, also the PC.All drivers are installed correctly and up-to-date. 

Seriously. Software is garbage at this point. It's the #1 2 and 3 reasons why I will never buy another product. Scrap it. Make a new one. Don't let the last project manager touch it.I find new issues every day and I am actively looking for an opportunity to transition away from the Razer devices because of Synapse and its bugs.Do not tell me to contact customer support. I did. They all have me collect logs and then just recommend a reinstall. They are useless.Razer. Abandon Synapse.

Hi, I have Razor Gold 50 coins and Razor Silver 500 coins. I dont need them. I dont even need the Razor account anymore. Any idea if its possible to swap / sell / exchange offer me something for these coins ? BUT also keeping in mind can these be tranferable between accounts or not.. im not sure?

I just installed the new synapse update and ever since then, randomly, only discord seems to have stereo audio issues. whether it's randomly lowering/increasing the volume, or randomly switching it from perfectly normal to right/left sided, the update is the main thing to blame. I've been using steelseries sonar for a while as well as synapse and I have had zero issues regarding that fact. I use synapse for the spatial audio on my blackshark V2 and I also haven't had issues with this specifically until I installed the update. if there's a possible patch/fix to this, please let me know.

Long story short I'm trying to figure out whether my headset completed it's firmware update and is fully updated so I need to know what version is the latest version. Support can't figure it out, shockingly, and keeps just sending me these ridiculous copy and paste support replies that do not even pertain to my current situation which I don't want to relive. Please let me know what your current version is for your Razer Opus Black Edition headset if you have one. To find it, simply choose it in the Razer Audio app and go to settings and tap the "?" and it should show it. Thank you!

Can i please change my shooting speed to the fastest

I have been searching for a good pro controller for a while, and the razor chroma v2 caught my eye, i have pretty big hands so it seems like it will be a good fit but i have one concern, the paddles in the back of the controller seem like they would put my hands in an akward/uncomfortable position. Can someone that owns the controller, tell me if thats the case?. Thanks

Long story short ive posted a thread and tried to get help but no one is helping or even responding to me. 2 days ago i was able to use any poll rate on my new viper v2 pro mouse (black) up to 8k hz. All of a suddenly the options for anything above a 1k hz pr disappeared. Everything is fully up to date. Ive tried uninstalling synapse and everything but nothing seems to work. No ones got an answer, was hoping this reddit might have one. Please and thanks!

Hey, thinking of changing my keycaps (phantom edition) to something a bit more flashy/traditional pudding keycaps. Has anybody had any experience doing this with their v3 mini? I know the bottom row isn't standard so I'm assuming it isn't possible but just wanted to try and figure it out.

I am currently still running Version 20231208, which is from around/after the time Synapse essentially died. There has been quite a few updates since then but I just made due with what this update offered. However I still get a ton of static and other issues with quiet sounds. Has enough been fixed at this point to warrant an update or should I just leave it as is? I know I can just read patch notes, but I also know that what the notes say, and actual performance of the software are two different things.

I've been a lifelong Logitech user but switched to Razer 5 years ago when it became clear that Logitech was falling off. I'm super happy with the hardware and software, but I've tried 3 different USB switches (used to use single inputs on two different computers, one at a time) and none of them seem to work well with Razer products. I'm glad to be done with Logitech, but I miss only having one set of inputs on my desk.I'd gladly pay $100 for a nice usb switch that is guaranteed to power my Razer products properly and has nice Razer touches on it. Considering the white-label version of these things typically sell for $20 on Amazon, I have to imagine there is the potential for good margin there. With more and more people working from home, dual PC switching is a market that companies should really be serving.

Bonjour, je suis dégouté de mon achat, en effet les claviers AZERTY des portables BLADE 15 OLED ne sont que partiellement rétroéclairé. Devant basculer quotidiennement entre 3 ordinateurs (mon Mac perso, mon DELL pro et mon BLADE), je n’arrive pas a trouver les touches du clavier AZERTY car seulement une partie du clavier est rétroéclaoiré. Savez vous s’il est possible de remplacer ce clavier ? Si oui, comment ?   Merci

Anybody having issues loading cards this morning 

So I've been using the same sennheiser HD 4.40BT headphones for a few years now, and while still in good condition, the faux leather covers are flaking away, and I can't really wear them for long periods of time as the band sits directly on my head. Also in games or anything that has a talk function with the headphones, they have a separate function where the sound quality decreases to like 70% of the actual quality when you chat with anyone.I was considering getting the barracuda x 2022 model, and wanted to ask people's general opinions on them, from comfort, long term usability and and if the audio quality stays the same when you use VC.Thanks

I bought it off Amazon for mmo's, and after using it for after a few days I can say it's very uncomfortable to use. I just don't like high arch it has, coming from the g502 which is a bit more flat. I don't have the biggest hands, maybe it works better for people with long fingers? I really wanted to like it. After playing with it for a few hrs, my hand got pretty tired from just the higher arch. I might have to venture on and look for a different mmo mouse.

I use 2.4 and the dongle USB 3.2 motherboard slot at the back.Sometimes I turn off PC when using it for the day.So when I turned it on the mouse had a flashing green light I assume was a warning it was paired.I had to replugged in the dongle for it to detect the mouse.Now a simple solution I can plug the dongle into my powered USB Hub that has a easy on and off switch but would that cause any latency issues vs plugging it through motherboard?Thank you.

I’m always on, both of us have 40 Hrs, max hours at this time. I even have remote access to pc so I could never lose time. we also be on around the time the timer resets, so we definitely have a high chance on getting rewards first.
