What are the key features and advantages of Razer headphones compared to other gaming headphone brands

I have a Razer Naga Pro with Synapse 3. I was wondering if it was possible to assign multiple modifiers to a single button. For example pressing a button simulates Ctrl + Shift. I have tried to assign that to a macro but I can't seem to get it to work properly. Either the modifiers persist after the button is depressed, or they stop working before the button is depressed. Pressing two buttons that have each been assigned to Ctrl and Shift respectively works perfectly but I would like it to be assignable to a single button.

Hello to all of you,In no time I will buy a new laptop and with it I want to buy a wireless mouse and a wireless headset to avoid having so many cables. The last mouse I had was the "DeathAdder" with cable T1 edition (the one they released a few years ago) and I was very happy with it. And no headphones, so in that sense I'm a virgin (and in everything to lie, I'm a gamer). Any recommendations on what to get or which ones to look for? In the mouse I don't need many buttons, with the two extra ones it's enough for me and in the headset I need a microphone so I don't have to buy more. Thanks to all!

Been dealing with an issue since I first bought my second Chroma RGB hub. Synapse currently doesn't recognize devices individually if they're the same device.  I was wondering if anyone know if there's a plan to eventually get Synapse to do this.  I'm wanting to control each of my fans rgb individually. I used to have them installed in "zones" using a 3 way rgb splitter plugged in to each port. This only allowed me to control 3 fans at a time. So for Christmas I was gifted a second Chroma Hub. At the time I didn't know only 1 hub would be recognized. Infact with 2 hubs hooked up only certain parts of each hub is recognized and what parts are recognized are random every pc boot. 

Hello everyone, At the moment i'm using a Razer Blade 15 Advanced 2021 and I'm using the Razer Core x Chroma, the thing is for my home setup I actually don't have enough usb ports. All my port are pretty much full with my peripherals like mousemat, mic etc. So I'm looking at expanding my ports with a docking station. But thing is that my Razer Blade 15 Advanced only has one tb3 port and one usb c port. Since I'm already using my eGPU for the tb 3 port, my question is if I can connect the TB4 dock with my normal usb c port? Will it only downscale the speeds or will it not work at all?

Recently checked Insider and it looks fully revamped and the daily/weekly challenges/trophies for zSilvers seem to be removed, will any regular user ever be able to save up enough zSilvers to even redeem a Razer Iskur chair? or even a keyboard/mouse upgrade? 

Looking to figure out how to get in contact with someone above VIP support team. They seem unequipped to actually help . After discussing the issue with them they seem to have given up and the last  3 emails they have with responded the exact scripted answer and are just going in circles and circles without actually trying to address the issue at hand, also the 3rd time I’ve contacted them with the same issue. I bought the Kraken X Lite headphones because it says on the box 7.1 surround sound.On trying to register it says. “Your product does not support 7.1 surround sound”My question is where do I get a refund for the blatant false advertising ?Surely, if it is  stated on the box then it should be supported.

This is my first time asking such things on the insider, so I might as well get an generalized answer from the community and or staff.I wish to know when will the Razer Kraken Ultimate to be restocked as I am quite interested in purchasing in the near future.
