So I am looking to buy either the razer blade 16 or 18 however I see as of right now it’s only available in the official razer store, does anyone have an idea of when it will come to UK retailers like currys, argos? Thanks in advance. 

Hello! New member here. I recently bought Razer Hammerhead Pro V2 for $15 only. I registered the product's and it was successfully identified and registered as the Hammerhead Pro V2. It came with the box and everything inside (circular purse, extra earbuds,stickers,manual, connector). My issue is, that my friend warned me of fake units that would still pass the registration test (despite not being authentic). She said that one indication is that there is this extra 'cloth tag' connected on the purse (See picture).Is it really fake? Or maybe an older batch unit? I would really appreciate someone helping!Thanks so much.

Hi,I cant find information about availability razer edge in Poland.Is it possible to buy it in Europe? 

 I miss the old days when batteries were external and plugged into chassis without needing mini screwdriver or T5 Torx screwdriver. So then if expands it won’t bend anything as battery bottom forms part of chassis. Also easier to spot bloating when it sits externally too. Could then keep a 2nd battery charged for quick swap mid journey. Just like mobile phones - All moved away from this for majority of laptops :(   

Today, I noticed unusual battery drain on my DeathStalker V2 Pro keyboard. I suspect that the issue began after I updated the firmware to the latest version yesterday. Prior to the update, the keyboard had held a charge for several days with moderate use and default settings. However, after updating the firmware and adjusting some settings, such as having the keyboard turn off when the screen is off, I left for work at 6 AM and returned home at midnight to find that the keyboard's battery had drained from 91% to 48% despite the keyboard being turned off with no lights on. What could be causing this problem?

I just bought a razerblade 14 and I'm having issues with the screen going black. It seems to happen if I switch to Nvidia Optimus mode or if I adjust the refresh rate in either mode to 60 hz. It works fine if I hook up an external display and switch it back to the dedicated GPU. I've done all the windows updates and updated Nvidia drivers. Not sure what is going on. Bummer to experience with a brand new laptop...

I bought a razer laptop sometime ago and I got a desktop so want to sell the laptop I just never sold one before and need help pricing it. The only flaw on the outside is finger prints lol never been damaged or anything. I did open up the laptop to install 32gb ram and another 1tb m.2 on top of the stock 1tb storage. I am considering getting the Razer Dock. Among other things, it advertises charging the laptop at 90W, which seems a bit weak compared to the laptop's 230W power supply. What are the experiences with it? Is this only suitable for discharging the battery more slowly or does the whole thing actually charge then. I use a Razer Blade 15, if this is of any interest.

hey guys, as the title suggests, I have a lot of razer stuff plugged into my pc. so much so, that i only have 1 usb slot spare. that however, isnt the issue. the issue is that it seems having so many plugged in at once causes others to glitch out. I have everything running on the standard wave effect in synapse. but my mouse bungee and firefly v2 (and possibly my kraken ultimate im not sure) tend to just pause on occasion... as in the lights will just hang one whatever colours they are at the time for a few seconds, then resume as normal. this again didnt bother me so much, until my gf began using my pc for hogwarts legacy which has chroma integration. thats when it became very obvious that not everything is functioning correctly. iv already tried cable managing in such a way that the most "power hungry" devices have the fastest usb slots. my huntsman elite and nommos are both plugged into usb 3 slots and the firefly and bungee into usb 2 slots. i cant have everything in usb 3
