I bought the Kraken v3 pro last month to replace my aging man o war headset and noticed the moment I opened the box that this new headset wasn't a true over ear headset like every headset I've bought the past 20 years. I've asked everyone I could at Razer if this is the new size they are going with on all headsets from here on out or not, but haven't received any kind of answer. This seems to be the last place I can ask. Has Razer gone to the "one size fits most" style like every other manufacturer out there or is this size reduction only on the kracken v3 pro? I'm asking as a concerned patron of Razer since it directly effects whether or not I can remain a customer. The previous size allowed me to wear their headsets for up to 18 hours, but the new size has forced me down to about an hour due to the discomfort of pressure on my ears. Hello everyone! I am considering buying the mentioned model with Intel i7 11800H RTX 3060 and 65W battery. However, after doing quite a lot of research there seems to be quite many disappointed users, especially regarding the batterylife, thermals and the lifespan of the laptop. So the questions are: Can I expect the laptop to last for years with proper use, or is the average somewhere near 2 years? Is the laptop good for studying as the battery is reported to only last for like an hour or two without the charger (via users xender)? Can I connect the laptop to two external monitors via Lenovo Thinkpad Docking station gen 2 with both power cables plugged in, or does this damage the battery? Is 1899€ a reasonable deal for this laptop? Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

Got my shiny Blade 17 with the Thunderbolt 4 Chroma dock (recommended accessory at purchase). Dock's power supply isnt enough to power the Blade 17 (understandable) so I use the adapter that came with the system to provide the power at my desk. I wanted to just go buy a second 280w power adapter to use for traveling, except that doesn't exist in Razer's store. How can I get a second 280w power supply (other than buying a second laptop)??

Not sure where I should post this but I'm just here to express my disappointment in the fact that the above-mentioned controller (which costs £150) doesn't have Synapse support. Seems like a massive oversight on Razer's behalf and I definitely won't be buying any more of their controllers if this is going to be the case with any future releases I honestly can't think of a single good reason as to why Razer would have done this. You might as well just buy an RGB controller for a 5th of the price considering you can't link the Wolverine V2 Chroma with your PC gear anyway

Hello, I just bought a razer blade 17 laptop from 2021 (rz09-0406AGA3) from someone else, and when i got home i found out that I have a german keyboard layout instead of the normal US layout. Since razer doesn't sell keycaps, I was wondering if someone knows where to get those key caps, or maybe even an entire keyboard with US layout so that i can switch the key caps myself. Any help would be appreciated!

Does anyone have any thoughts on this laptop? I like that it’s a relatively low key laptop that appears to also have the performance of the other gaming laptops. Does anyone have any thoughts on its build quality or battery life? I’d be using this primarily for work with the omegle occasional gaming.

I have bought a brand new razerblade laptop that comes with both RTX3080 and Intel UHD series graphic cards. GPUs are managed by Optimus. But there seems to be a strange problem with the RTX Core clock. When the PC is idling the RTX core clock jumps to maximum frequency and back down non stop. I have captured a video from my screen showing what is going on. Could you please watch this video and tell me if you think that this is normal or not? Please if possible compare this behavior with what you see on your PC and tell me if you have this behavior or not. Your help would be very appreciated as I can still return the laptop if it's defective but need confirmation to know that THERE REALLY IS a problem. Dear community, I will soon starting traveling relatively a lot. Therefore I am considering the idea of buying a laptop to satisfy the following requirements: gaming (favorite titles are Sifu, Bayonetta, Devil May Cry, Metal Gear Solid 5), a little bit of video editing (1080/60fps suffices). Portability is extremely important (size and weight) and the battery life is definitely a plus. Finally, the display: 13 or max 14 inch 10.0.0.0.1 , decent brightness (> 300 nits, 400-500 top) and with vivid colors. My budget is around 2000 Euros. Question: do you recommend the 13.3 Stealth, OLED version ? Thank you in advance, any suggestion is of course very welcome (other models, etc...).

Hello, I have a Blade 15 Advanced (Early 2020 model) with an i7 10875h and RTX 2080 Super. I have been using my laptop connected to my LG C1 via HDMI, but the HDMI port that is directly connected to the 2080 Super is only HDMI 2.0b spec, and as such I have to use chroma 4:2:0 subsampling to be able to get 4k @ 120Hz. My question is: Are either of the USB-C ports connected directly to the RTX 2080 Super? Cheers.

I purchased razor hammerhead true wireless earphones less than 1 year ago and a few weeks ago the left earphone stopped working. I have tried charging the case, tapping it pressing it everything and nothing works. It is just stopped completely responding. I can't find any useful information in their website and I can't find any way of contacting them because it is still under warranty. Any suggestions?

Hi all, The case of my razer blade 15 advanced has warped significantly. Has anyone had theirs replaced? The laptop works great, but the lid won't shut. Would like to get this sorted as their is nothing else wrong with it.

How is it possible that the surround crackling that's been happening since 2020 hasn't been fixed? There's quite a few bandaid fixes to this issue like the DPC latency checker or running a phone emulator in the background, but an official fix would be nice! Also why do I have to buy an other razer headset just to activate surround on the newer version of synapse when I already have it activated with my old one on the original years ago?

So I have the double click issue with my left mouse button. It happens intermittently but increasingly so lately. Therefore, I will be replacing the switches (I think it's the problem and the easiest repair solution), but I am hung up on what switch to go to. So far I have another pair of the original model switches coming, but also have the following types: D2f-01f-t 10.0.0.0.1 D2fc-f-k (50m) blue dot Does anyone have any experience with either of these two types? I am leaning more towards the Japanese made one as they are made better, but I understand they are only very slightly taller. I know it really comes down to personal taste, but funny enough I like the original switch feeling the best, but could probably deal with the blue dot model too.

what are the differences between the razer headphones? between the blackshark and barracuda and kraken? and what are their specialities and uses?

Razer needs to look into wireless controllers option for home or tournament players. After see xbox new elite 2 controllers pre order prices. I think razer need to look at available options for home or tournament choices. How many players can be in one room and still have technology working. Hopefully controllers for all console get looked into even steam deck on razer monitors in desktops mode. Ps how well does the steam controller work in desktops mode with razer monitors?

I am planning to get a new keyboard (my first TKL), and the Huntsman V2 seems really attractive ! But I seen that he got released 11 months ago, and I am asking myself if I should not wait for the V3. I dont really follow the news of Razer so I dont know if this V3 will get release soon and if its interesting to wait for it kodi. For example the difference between the v1 and the v2 is huge with the foam and the new switchs. What do you think guys ?

My Razer Blade 15 battery used to work fine but now seems to drain extremely quickly. Take it off from power and it can drain as fast as 30 minutes without obvious cause. Nothing I can figure out from event logs either https://omegle.onl/. Does anyone have any idea what could cause this? The battery is not bulging and is maybe 1 year old.

I see this gets posted every so often but not yet this year, so in hopes the Razer team sees this... Please bring back a refreshed Blade version in Mercury White! I honestly don't care if it's 14, 15, or 17 inch. My 2018 Mercury Blade (my 3rd Razer laptop) is aging now and I would buy a new one today if it were available. All of my peripherals are mercury white as well and I love them (Lancehead, Huntsman, Kraken, Base Station, Goliathus, etc) and have been waiting years to add a Core X CHROMA but sadly it never came. Did I mention this matches my Nanoleafs as well?? I will stick with this color scheme until the end of time if you'll just BRING... IT... BACK!

Hi, guys i have been trying to locate the serial number of my razer strider XXL mouse mat but I can't find it anywhere. I checked the box and the mousepad but nothing positive all I can find was product number. Does anyone know how i can find the serial number??? Thanks, have a nice day everyone. :)
