Hello there! I want to update my Blade 15 from 16GB to 32GB RAM, but i don´t know wich modules fit in there, i am a long time out of the hardware business so i am not up to date with the current technology and so on. I am mostly using the laptop for 3d programms like Fusion360 and Cura, so the 16GB are mostly fully used. My Blade 15: ‎RZ09-0367x P.S.: Can this laptop support 64GB RAM too? Thanks!

Good day I'm surprised and disappointed that the technical specifications are only an overview and even with speaking to supplier's or distributor's of Razer's products, they too don't have this information. All furniture manufacturer's should provide detailed specifications on their products, which is surprising that only Razer does NOT and because of this is pushing me to look elsewhere but I'm hoping through this platform this information could be make available to me and others, and possibly made available on the Razer's website as well. I recently bout a Huntsman Mini and Death Adder V2 to use with my PS4 Pro. My questions are: Does the PS4 Pro support on board memory from the mouse if I were to make custom DPI profiles? Or will it always go back to the 4 preset DPI settings? Also, how do I switch DPI profiles on the mouse? Do I just click the two buttons behind the scroll wheel? The light on the bottom didn’t change when I clicked the buttons. I’m unfamiliar with gaming mice and omeglz how they work.

I've been having this issue with my keyboard and don't really know what's causing the keyboard work right after putting my pc into sleep mode or being afk. Every time I turn on my pc after sleep mode the keyboard won't respond most of the keys or spam the key. The keys that don't responds are most; O, P, B, A, U, T, 8, 5, and 9. I don't know what's causing this issue and it sometimes goes away when I use it more but it quite annoying when I'm playing games, which sometimes it cancel sprint or other features with the key spam or double tap.

My question is, why are there no ps5 scuf controllers to buy from razer… I once read something about a patent But I’m not sure. does anyone know if there will be any ps5 razer scuf ? and if so, when? Thx for every answer :)

I just wanted to take the time to recognize the support team at Razer. I am always blown away with not only Razer products but with the customer support. They helped me look for a replacement power cable that was currently out of stock. I had to pack up and move on very short notice. (1 hour maybe 2) and had lost my cable to my speakers which added a lot more stress since I need my speakers to do some work from home and online courses for my job. Razer's support team was able to relieve that stress and went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you again!

In todays world, we all like to game and also work from our battle stations. The problem I’m having lately is either kids running into my home office panicking because they are out of cereal or coworkers running up to my desk with no respect to my workspace. I’ve seen a few article on people creating Raspberry PI busy lights but what if Razer made a nice customizable busy like that was controlled via Razer software? Just picture it, Tom from finance runs up to your desk, ready to interrupt you, and your Razer busy light greets him with a red light status and states “in meeting”. Tom walks away and figures out his issue by googling it instead of asking you. I wonder if the Razer software could talk to Microsoft teams for automatic status updates as well. Hi guys Hi, I bought a leviathan V2 yesterday, but I wonder if this soundbar already featured THX Spatio Audio in it, or I have to buy THX app on razer store? I've tried to active THX via Synapse app, and I haven't seen any much difference between stereo and THX. On the other hand, when I use THX on THX Spatio App, I can feel the sound is louder and more lively. Can anyone explain me why? Wish you a good day

Last week I just got my Tactical V2, i was looking around and there's 30% off for this guy, since there's nowhere online saying about this. I thought you guys might be interested. I have some questions regarding the performance of this laptop. I currently have the newest Razer 15 with the i9 3080Ti variant, I have seen that the razer blade 17 received a GPU wattage update via the BIOS. I was wondering if there any plans similarly for the 2022 razer blade 15 models. Although the performance is great, it’s a bit daunting that for 300 dollars more in estimation, I can get 20-30% performance boost and larger screen variant. It under performs in that segment. This isn’t by any means a negative concept, just from a logical user perspective, it’s illogical the strong differences between the 2 in terms of performance. Are there any plans for such an upgrade? , even 10-15 watts additional can make it reach a moderate level in a smaller chassis.

Hi everyone! Just wanted to express myself about an idea I've been having over the past few days. I personnaly use an Elite Series 2, and when looking at all the shine and glamour on my desk, I thought to myself... what if the controller dock was all flashy too? So that is my suggestion, to just remake the controller dock that comes with the Elite, but just add a light strip to the bottom, similar to the Base Station v2.

I just gor a Razer Naga Pro, and was wondering what is the best practice for charging, should I connect it to the cable every night so that it charges, or should I wait until it actually shows low battery to connect it?

Not sure if this counts as technical support but I'm curious if it's a known bug. Synapse updated itself last night , everything seemed fine. Then this morning just put of the blue my mouse (a basilisk v3 if that matters) drops sensitivity and the colour goes from the fixed one I set it to to the default colour cycling. Weird but maybe synapse just crashed. Computer restarts , it's still on low sensitivity and colour cycling, open synapse up and for whatever reason all my settings and changes are gone, the mouse looks like it did when I first bought it and the profile is just "quick start"(nothing saved) Is stuff like this common router login? Can I get my stuff back or am I just going to need to reinput myouse settings? I've had the mouse for the better part of the year and this is the first time something like this has happened and I'm worried about if it's a hardware fault or a bug or if it's some really weird malware thing Thanks for any help in advance and I'm sorry for the block

Hi, Every time the Barracuda X headset connects or disconnects it makes a connection beeping sound. Is there any way to turn this off? Because sometimes when I move around my apartment I move out of range and then back in range so I then just have constant connect / disconnect beeps in my ears and it's quite annoying. Any way to turn it off? so that the music just comes and goes, not accompanied by constant beeping? Thanks in advance.

I'm a metal fabricator by day, engineering student by night looking to purchase a top-of-the-line laptop for school, business/creative work, and occasional streaming and movie watching. Can I use this laptop for touch screen capabilities and occasional stylus pen use? I'm in love with the hardware and display of this laptop but I don't play video games and I don’t want to settle for less. Any insight from anyone would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again!

Yesterday it was driven home just how much Skype seems to hate my Nari Ultimate's mic. I had to do the video edits from hell for my podcast because the latest Skype updates wrecked the Nari's mic quality even more than it already did. Crackling, even more tinniness to my voice, all sorts of issues that I had to use filters to fix. I know the Nari's mic can be a bit weird and distorted, but my friends can hear me just fine, and without near as many issues, when I'm in a game, be it PC or PS5. It's just Skype that absolutely hates the microphone, and Skype is how we record the vast bulk of our cast. I have a workaround, but wanted to pass this tidbit along to the community.

I want to buy a Razer Blade 17 - QHD 240Hz - GeForce RTX 3070Ti with a US layout keyboard. These are available in the Razer EU store, but I cannot select Germany as a shipping destination. If I select the Razer DE Germany store, it has no specifications whatsoever on the keyboard layout, despite the images showing US layout. I believe they would be the German QWERTZ layout, which I can't work with. There are no import taxes between EU countries, such as the Netherlands to Germany, so why have they restricted the shipping? Other than physically travelling to another country to buy in person, or setting up a mail forwarding service, has anyone purchased a US layout keyboard and had it shipped to Germany (without paying a bunch of import taxes from say, the US).

I was debating buying two Raptor monitors but I am not positive how that works work with a new Blade 14? Can I run them both off the single USB-C with a splitter cable or do I need to run one off the HDMI cable and lose the RBG lighting? Do I need the dock to run them both? Thanks in advance!

it’s possible to bind the alt key to on one of the side buttons on the Naga? Because I’m disabled and need to use a mouse voojio with side buttons for 3d modeling and it’s too expensive shagle to buy it without knowing.

Hi insider, most of you here are Razer Warriors, HURAAAAAA !!! and some here just hang out, i know we're cool xD Most of you here already own Razer Hardwere and own either Razer Blade or Build your own PC. And I'm sure one way or another you need to look at your PC Temp or just to monitor your PC, but in order for you to do that, you have to download 3rd party software to fulfill your desire :3 I'm thinking what if Razer adds one feature to monitor your PC, that would be cool right? Or maybe you have something else in mind. You can add more ideas here to make Synapse better. Who knows, they might see our post and consider it FYI: I love using Razer from Hardware and Software im just thinking that why do you need another Software if you can Rule them all xD

I've been trying to get a Wiimote to connect to my computer. It took me a weekend. I just think that Razer could make a better Wiimote.

I think we need to add M.2 expansion card supports to laptop with 6 nmve hard drive supports. Also still want 4 usb controllers with 40 Gbps inputs not just two. The shared USB 3.2 and thunderbolt 4 inputs are OK but two on each side not just two in total. Second network connection I'm OK if two network connections share one 10 gb network controllers or 5 Gb each. Even two 2.5 gb like others Intel stuff has. Plus did you see this response to Intel from razer canada Twitter wow. I'm so great I'm unreplaceable.
