The Tesla K80, a previous (even now in the end of 2021, such as https://cloud.google.com/gpu) server based GPU, only sells about $397 in amazon (and labeled as new, sometimes even $297).

Then the remaining question is how to make it work for my old Mac laptop with usb-c.

Has anyone tried yet?

I saw a thread asking if 2 Tesla cards are supported or not, but unclear if one Tesla K80 card can be supported.
