Has anyone here had a problem with Razer similar to this: On Feb. 26, 2023 I ordered and paid $129.99 for a Razer Viper Ultimate from Razer’s online store. Today, Mar. 3, a package came from Razer, but there was no mouse or invoice in it, only the neckstrap for a mouse. It is virtually impossible on Razer’s website to get help for missing items in an order. The support link is supposed to provide chat services. What chat services? There are none. When I checked my order history there were no items listed. This is wrong. According to my bank account records $129.99 was paid to Razer. This is just about the worst online service I’ve had from anyone.
