I got the new v3 pro Naga but the entire first day I had it the scroll wheel would not change sensitivity when pressing the button ndespite software showing it changing, next day when I turned on pc it was working, then since it mostly works but can stop working randomly for no reason. When it does work and shift it does make a loud is noise you can hear, maybe this is normal? But I don't k ow it's its hardware fault or just a software bug, anyone else had this? I see no reviewer mentioning it.

Are you talking about the scroll wheel changing from tactile to smooth scroll? It does make a sound and you can activate it if you suddenly scroll fast in a direction. Would be nice to be able to set the threshold of activation so that it wouldn’t activate randomly like that but the sounds it makes are pure hardware switching something to allow smooth scrolling to happen.

Yes, thay auto changing is a setting you can turn on but my concern is the switching from tactile to smooth to precise doesn't always work like it will be on tactile, I will click the button to change and it does nothing sometimes. Like the auto smooth scrolling happened when I scroll fast and then when I stopped scrolling sometimes it would not go back to tactile and stay in smooth.

It is like it could be a software or hardware issue; checking firmware and Synapse settings first seems sensible, and vh777a is worth exploring separately.
