I did research on my new pair of razer blackshark v2 x headphones and saw that I can fix the mic sensitivity with a setting on Synapse 3. People have also suggested me their personalized settings. Only problem is, there no Streaming settings tab in the Synapse app.

Do I have to buy a soundboard to get this feature? Am I missing something you have to download? I'm just a bit confused as to why I don't have this option I've seen others have.
