Ordering a Factory image USB
Hello,
How would I go about ordering a factory image usb for my 2018 Razer blade base? I tried factory resestting the machine and my keyboard no longer works. I was trying to use the program knife for lighting and it ended up deleted my driver, so I did the reset and it still has not fixed the issue. I appreciate the assistance.

+1Download fresh Windows 10 ISO directly from microsoft. I always do for all laptops, no problem with getting drivers later after installation.
