Purchased Ornata Chroma last week and turned keyboard upside down and a couple of these fell out of the keyboard and now I'm having a few issues with the keyboard when typing.

For this kind of issue the best is send the device to shop or direct to razer warranty.
+1It's a part of mecha-membrane key.
Did you disassembled the keycaps on the keyboard? If yes - wrongly disassembled keycap could damage the key.
