Problem with Nari Wireless

For some reason ever since I got the Nari Wireless, my synapse has been crashing about every 10 minutes. In addition to that, they're giving a beeping sound every minute or so even though they're fully charged. Does anyone know a fix for this?

    Try to completly remove the synapse from your pc go to windows add/remove panel and uninstall synapse then go to programfiles folder and remove the razer folder then go to AppData folder it's hidden in C://Users/(your account name) and remove the razer folder from folders there. Next thing get the firmware updater from razer support page for your device only razer nari ultimate dont have it so for ultimate you can download re-paring app. When you finish reparing/install firmware reboot pc and download new fresh install for synapse 3 from razer website.
