Has anyone had trouble purchasing from the website? I've had two credit card orders cancelled after they were placed (on good cards with no issues) and my accounts attached to PayPal are not accepted (checking account and two credit cards). This is driving me nuts!!! I just want to give the company money - why is it so hard?!?

BTW, chat support was no help - I was told I'll have to wait 2-3 business days for someone in a "Higher Department" to get back to me.
You can always contact your bank support to ask why the transtaction was canceled they should anwear this via phone call.

Imagine getting told it was accepted and charged but you don't received both the purchased item and a mail from Razer to confirm said purchase.
My bank sent a love note to me about my money being taken though...
And yes, I got the "we'll get to you in 3 days time since our chat was shot to hell"...
I tried to reload my gold wallet 4 times with Payal, credit card and debit card. Each time they charged me and didn't give me gold.. I fee like they scammed me. this was my first very transaction with gold.razer. Feeling bad
Bejeezus...you poor dear. 4 times. That's tenacity that could have been put to good use. Make them look like blood sucking scums now.
$524 Dollar were deducted from my accounts but I called the bank. Bank credit my amount back on temporary basis and they say that they will investigate this case after that my payments will be released... I tried to contact razer gold support but it unavailable..
That's almost a month ago. Tak tsk tsk. They can only use covid as an excuse for so much...
