Yesterday, I got my hands on a Razer Huntsman V3 Pro, and everything seemed perfect until I tried using a controller. To my surprise, no games were detecting any of my inputs, no matter what I did. I managed to fix it by closing Synapse and rebooting, but that meant sacrificing all my RGB settings on the keyboard.

Is there a way to keep my controller working while still using Synapse? Am I missing something really basic here? It’s quite strange that a high-end keyboard would completely block controller support like this.

I did some digging online but found nothing, so I'm reaching out for help.
