Razer Blade Pro 17 additional SSD | Razer Insider

Hello,

Recently purchased my first Razer Blade Pro 17 Laptop. It came with a 512 SSD. I am new to gaming laptops in general. Deciding to upgrade the memory by adding a additional 1TB SSD to to the secondary slot. It seemed like a easy process at first. However when opening the laptop the secondary SSD slot has a large rubber pad covering the slot. It does not seem easily removable without forcing it and I am concerned on causing damage to the system. Also when trying to remove the holding screw it does not seem to move despite having the correct size screwdriver. It may have been factory installed to be extra tight. I was concerned about stripping the screw as it already seemed to have some damage on it from trying to screw it even slightly. Is this normal for it to be so tight? Even if I wanted to switch the original SSD there is no clear screw to remove the pre installed 512 SSD. If anyone has any advice on how to properly install a additional SSD without causing damage I would appreciate any advice. Thank you.
It will be better when you attach the image.

Photo is really poor quality. Base on photo and terdawn i find i can assume the ruber can be thermalpad and the screw is for nvme you want to install. To unscrew it without making demage i can only recommend you to buy good quality screwdriver it should help you.

You must also be awere that faster drive will slow to the slowest you have on your system when slow one is active.

Please remove the photo and cover the S/N number ^^
I have a 1tb ssd and want to add a second ssd, and also have a rubber block in the way. Why is it there?
Can you tell me when you unscrew the screw and put nvme in slot this rubber stickup driver ?
Thanks, never mind, found another forum thread where it advised the rubber was to support the lid, and just remove it. I pulled the rubber pad off and installed the 2nd ssd drive without issue.
