Razer Clio surround sound with Nommo V2

I cant get Clio and Nommo V2 to work together in surround mode.

Support seems to have no clue.

Are there anyone that has succeded to get surround working?

How did you do it?

    From what I saw on Reddit and my own expiriance it just don’t work in sorround mode with no matter what device you select. I’m not sure but in  Clio tab anybtoggle or slider don’t work it can be only synapse 4  issue but I can’t say that firmware of Clio or windows don’t have any issues also and combine give this mess.

    Hello Mickersson,

    Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. Please try the steps below to fix the issue.
     

    1. Right-click the Synapse icon in the system tray and select Exit to close the program. Then relaunch Synapse and ensure that Clio is connected.

    2. Once Synapse has fully loaded, unplug the Clio dongle. Wait for 10 seconds, then plug it back in.

    3. After reconnecting the dongle, wait for a prompt to restart your system — this may take 5 to 10 minutes, depending on your internet speed.

    4. Once your system restarts, launch Synapse again. Clio will begin updating automatically.

    5. When the Clio update is complete, you’ll receive another prompt to restart your system. Proceed with the restart.

    6. After the second restart, the issue should be resolved.
