Noone answers on razer cortex forums, so i ask here. Usually tweak programs cause more harm than good unless you know what are you doing. And razer cortex isn't good with describing what each tweak specifically does.

Like for example disk cache optimization tweak: optimize memory allocation to speed up program running, that could be literally anything from prefetch to disable disk write buffer, whatever. And google finds nothing.
