Razer Deathadder Chroma's "Double click" problem

Mine too. And razer is not interested on fixing it.

Replace microswitch. Fairly easy to do (needs some soldering skills) and cheap. Mine 1st DeathAdder 1800 failed after 7 years or use, replaced both microswitches, works like new.

In Canada, the price of the Microswitches itself is more expensive than the Mouse itself. I also do not have soldering skills or a soldering kit.

Buy on ali :) Every cheap solder kit will be OK for this job.

Ali takes 35 days to arrive. Double clicking, unfortunately, is not an issue that can wait for 35 days on a $40 mouse.

There are a few guides on youtube, if you arent afraid of a DIY this is a guide I used to use for my Logitech mouse that double clicked, Razer warranty for 2 years used to fix any issues I got with them so never had to do this with Razer mice. Tried this method, without success. Mine spring broke, causing switch failure. But you can always try, not all cases are the same, but be extremely careful with the spring, it's very easy to damage it.

Yeah the first time I tried it I damaged my spring too. But I have had success after that just by being extra careful. The only difficult thing for me now is sometimes the spring doesnt sit perfectly in the switch housing so you get a mushy click, but double click gets fixed easily.
