Razer Nari Ultimate won’t charge

Has anyone had the issue where there headset won’t charge? Charging and working perfectly two days ago and now I cannot get them to turn on or charge. Any assistance is appreciated!

I have this same issue... it occurred about a week ago... works fine whist plugged in. Will not turn on when not plugged in no matter how long it has been left charging for. Mine are also out of warranty... so yay for me.

This question was on forum before :) In short the issue was the battery on headset.

yes I also faced the same type of problem in my device but now you can seehere how its going in these days I will suggest you to try some different ports.

I faced this charging issue so many times with my razer devices and still don't have any answer that why they are not solving this issue you can see this on my account information also.
