Razer Orochi V2 Issue

I have a one year old Razer Orochi V2. Since last month, I have intermittently lost connction with the mouse. After turning it off for a few hours , it is working again. It is not caused by my computer as when it happened, I rebooted the computer but still not working. I thought of claiming warranty but it seems so difficult to do so. I cannot find a site to do so ti submit a request. Can someone kindly advice? Thank you.

Razer has no support team. Hopefully you purchased this at a physical location so you can return it. If not I'm afraid you're out of luck.

You can purchase Razer products at a variety of stores; Walmart, Target, Best buy etc…

Those are physical locations where a website is a digital/warehouse location you can't go to.

So let say I bought it from Walmart, I will have to go to Walmart to claim warranty?
