I am RMAing my Basilisk V3 for a broken scrollwheel and I have the prepaid shipping label and the commercial invoice for intl. shipping (shipping to Germany and I live in UK) and the subtotal in the invoice says EUR10 even though it should be a free RMA. What is this? Is it normal? Razer Support just keep saying how to send it, not explaining what the EUR10 is.
