Razer synapse 2.0 not detecting my razer kraken 7.1 v2
I had this headset for a couple years and out of a lot of attemts i have been able to connect it only once about 2 years ago. Now when i wanted to change some volume settings, i couldnt becouse i says that i have to connect a razer synapse enabled device, even though razer synapse 3.0 detects it and says that razer synapse 2.0 is required to acces the settings. I would really apreaciate some help as I have already tried reinstalling razer synapse 2.0 multiple times and tried reinstalling drivers.

+1Try to remove krakens from OS in device manager, and use a CCleaner to cleanup your OS and registry, unplug your headset. After reboot plug it in.
