Razer Synapse 3 and Razer Surround ? ( HELP )

Hi Everyone

i finally able to download and run Synapse 3 somehow ( after like 4 months ) lol
finally able set my Chroma on my keyboard (YEY)

but i just realise that Synapse 3 does not recognize my Razer Kraken Headphone ?
and i also dont see any Razer Surround in Synapse 3

so how do i get Razer Surround ?

When you have synapse 2 and 3 installed on your pc and you have conneted devices that use before ver. 2 but it's also compatibile with ver. 3 the synapse 3 will be main softwere for it. If you have no device that use only synapse 3 you can install synapse 2 and use it without any issue. If you must use both on the same time you can the only issue is you can sync devices from synapse 2 to 3 becose there are seperate softwere.

That's correct, I run both and you're supposed to be able to run both concurrently. Though sometimes things do go wonky. I would uninstall both, restart, then install Synapse 2 and make sure everything works, restart and install 3 and see if the same thing happens. If not might want to contact support it may be a known issue or something? or they can verify it just won't work anymore.

Follow up question. Are you trying to get the Kraken's and Razer Surround to show up just for the surround sound? If you have Windows 10 you can use Windows Sonic or Dolby Atmos for pretty much the same thing.

The Kraken 7.1 Chroma wasn't cheap. It is still a rad headset. The fact that they can't can't get their shit together is dissapointing.

I am no Rhodes Scholar so my opinion carries little weight but it is now almost June 2019 and the fact that there is still no support leads me to believe they have a) given up on dding support for this device or b) give no fucks about it.

Either way, pretty shitty way to treat your custies. I have the Base Station chroma, Blackwidow Tournie chroma kb, Mamba Tournie chroma, and the friggin' mouse cord bungie. Throw me a frickin' bone here Razer

You would have to use Synapse 2.0, there's a lot of legacy hardware and software that hasn't (or will ever) migrate over to 3.0.

but i just did my decision
i delete and reset all those S*i* ( synapse 3 ) and back to Synapse 2
and yeah all my Chroma things , i just breath now . lol ...

i prefer my profile and surround for my games .

i tried that but each time i installed both , one of them always have some problem ( not working ). so im done with that and here i am a happy kid with razer stuff WITHOUT Chroma 😕

Can you spefify what kind of error you have or what beheavior ?
