My Razer Viper Ultimate just won't charge, it doesn't charge more than 2%, I've tried charging using the dock, I've tried via USB, every way, I've cleanly reinstalled synapse, I've updated firmwares, I've restarted the computer, changed place USB, NOTHING WORKS. I need urgent help, I need mouse functionality, however, I bought it wirelessly to use it wirelessly, I don't use it charging with a wire attached to it.

So it’s stucked at 2%?I’d try to use it till battery dies (0%), and try to charge it again. It just may be some strange bug in Synapse, that it’s showing wrong battery percentage.
