I've used the Razer Viper Ultimate for almost two years with no issues whatsoever until now. Typically, I use the mouse in wired mode, but when I attempted to switch to wireless mode yesterday, the mouse wasn't detected. While connected with the cable, Razer Synapse displays a battery percentage of 100%, so there's most probably some issue with the dongle. Is there anything I can do, or is it just better to contact Razer Support?
