I've been using the Razer Blade Stealth 13 (2019) Mercury White model for just under a year now and it has been nothing short of a disappointment.
1. I can't dock my laptop to my Razer eGPU via thunderbolt without having to reboot
2. Occasionally my screen will not refresh properly and flickers for 30 minutes or so until the issue fades out
3. My fan, even though I'm idling at 9% CPU, is on blast - almost non-stop
4. The touchpad clicks are spongy and hard to click
I would love to engage razer support with these issues but I've been down that road with them before and it was nothing short of a clusterfuck of miscommunication, ridiculous delays, and w/ no issues actually resolved.
Anybody experience any of these problems? Are these laptops really just polished turds? Looking for some help from the community here.

Sorry to hear that. I own the same gen stealth only with gtx1650 Maxq, the black one and don’t have the issues. I’ve also Razer Core v2 that’s working as docking station as well, actually on Egpu setting dgpu is mostly the main issue with connection since you’ve mercury that doesn’t have it it should be plug and play (I had stealth 2016 before that doesn’t have dgpu like mercury stealth 2019). Screen flickering might be caused by driver or hardware, the later might because of display cable loose inside. Blasting fans on low cpu usage is also weird, I can understand if it has dgpu though, it might be something on bios level or some bug that somehow make the fans more aggressive, compared to Blade 14 and 15 that i have and had my stealth is super silent only on gaming it is noticeable but should be way quiter than its bigger models. About the trackpad I rarely hard click it only soft touch double click or so, but if it’s hard to click maybe you should take a look inside if there’s no battery swelling, since deformed battery might disturb the trackpad click mechanism.
From those issues I would contact support, rise support ticket and send it like for repair, especially if you’re still under guarantee period.
