I bought Razer Blackshark V2 X and today I activated the app on windows 11 but the playback 7.1 option does not appear in the sound card option. My laptop is Lenovo Legion and the sound card is Realtek. Also, I attached photos below, Thanks for your support!

Enable surround sound in app?
Try updating the drivers for the sound card through the Razer website.
Check if the 7.1 option is enabled in the sound card's software settings.
If still not appearing, try restarting the computer or uninstalling and reinstalling the sound card drivers.
