Very good Italian tomato sauce for pizza, olives, peppers (red and green), yellow cheese, and under it 3 types of cheese and ham, bacon, mushrooms and maybe a little bit oregano. 💚 Also beer or coca-cola :D

Pizza Napoletana = cheese (parmiggiano and mozzarella), tomatoes, anchovies, basilico cooked in a clay oven with wood flame.

I love cooking topics.
There is so much variety of topping for pizza and it is the easiest dish to cook.
Pizza dough / bread dough: Wheat flour (T55), salt and baker's yeast. Mix in the morning, go to work and in the evening, the dough is ready. ^ _ ^
Pizza Margherita topping, tomato sauce, olive oil, Mozzarella buffala and fresh basil (put the mozzarella and the basil after removing it from the oven, it's even better).
A really cheap and very quick dish to make, you have no additives, no preservatives, no dyes, no fake cheese, no fake ham like in industrial pizza.
I’m from France and I’m sharing with you a recipe I’ve just made from onion pie, it’s as easy as pizza. But instead of tomato sauce or fresh cream, we use a base of beaten egg, milk, salt and pepper (it is liquid and becomes solid like a firm omelet).
You can add to this base according to your tastes, onions, potato, tuna, bacon, leek, cheeses, sliced tomato, salmon, broccoli, ham, asparagus tip etc.
It's so good for health fresh vegetables, filled with vitamin. Our diet is our first medicine.
In my photo, ingredient of the recipe, flour for the dough, salt, 2 eggs, 2 onions, pepper, milk and cheese.
