Although I, myself do my best to help whenever possible, I am not support. I do not and cannot do the incredible job our support staff can do. They kick ass. It's easy for people to pick on support because it's usually the people who are affected that you hear from. Happy customers, go about their happy days. It's par for the course.

With that said, if you're reading this and you are happy with your Razer experience and proud to be a member of the Razer Community, please let our Support Staff know that they do great work! And while you're at it be sure to share you great experiences with our products as well.

While I've never had the privilege of contacting Razer support, as every product I've ever used from Razer has worked perfectly out of the box (minus a Mamba Wireless mouse that had a finicky left click, which I could get replaced through Walmart just fine), I've seen online numerous times how patient, understanding, and thorough Razer support members have been. And judging by the community and its responses, I'd say I'm not the only one noticing their great work. Tech companies need to have great impressions on their customers, and support staff certainly leave a huge impression on us, so from me and my friends who love Razer products and the brand as a whole, keep up the great work, support team!

Hello support, new time razer blade 15 base owner. Is there a 3rd party battery product that is compatible with this laptop to charge it when electric outlets are not available. Thanks
