Hey Insiders,



In a world of social media, Reddit and instant gratification, community forums are becoming more of a niche destination for fans to congregate and engage in conversations. Insider is always looking for ways to create a better experience for you, our fans and we'd love to hear your thoughts.



What would you like to see more of on Insider? What could we improve upon?



Please bear in mind, this isn't an ideation thread and we're not looking to implement new features, but more so to improve upon and grow existing ones.



Additionally, general complaints that do not work to contribute to the conversation of growth on Insider will be deleted. All other threads should go in their appropriate forums.

On a serious note I already really like the constant engagement that takes place each week, this was severely lacking for a while. Almost thought insider was dead.

More game pages should implement in the Game Talk section, such as Call of duty, Age of empire, etc.

Launch a platform to streamers / YouTubers to post their thread in Insider for Razer's product review/ playing games with Razer's product etc.

For now, I think not many people know this Razer Insider forum exists. It will be much helpful if you guys could promote a bit more to let more participants join this platform. In short, more awareness. Hope to see the "next Reddit" here!

Hope "copy and paste" text in this forum will not catch any error message anymore! Sometimes I want to draft in Word file then paste it to the forum, then it pops up the error message and denies my whole thread:mad_::mad_::mad_:

Also, I wish the silver reward system may review some updates, as I purchased some newest keyboard and headset but the system didn't recognize it to give the appropriate rewards. Some reward rules may change a bit or write it more clearly to let people know what exactly to do to get these rewards.

I'd like to see more people involved in the community, more help and guidance for those who need it, in other words be more like a community. Other than that, game talks and tech talks would also be good.

Seeing the other replies and their helpful contribution I've noticed that no one talks about this. I want some fixes on the achievements meaning the removal of some broken ones like these two or just give us the ability to do them.

The fact that this thread was posted in the first place is a great example of wanting to have a meaningful community engagement. Incredible job!

THIS^^ I resorted to editing in an external editor because 80% of the time while I'm composing a reply I'll get an access denied message and that results in me being unable to post a reply to the thread. It's even worse and almost 100% guaranteed not to work if I copy and paste something, haha. Extremely frustrating either way.

I come from the Car forums world. I moderate, I participate, I engage.


I like it here, but we lack a real "community". I envision this place to house a squad of knowledgeable people , ready to answer questions or share experiences or just plain chat.

Example... I've seen the question about Cables (raiju / wolverine / wildcat) asked about a dozen times.

In my thread, I posted pictures of the problem and a resolution. (had the thread not be closed, I feel like people would have chimed in, and added to the conversation, learned from it, etc.




TL;DR = we need a "tech talk" / technical type of sub forum. where quality engagement exists, and less posts where people simply stop by, and say "WOW" and leave never to be seen.

@Dekades 1 more thing I'd like to add to the suggestions box. how about to let threads live on. I feel like expiring threads (that close) really close doors on conversation.

I created a thread where I compared 2 of my razer back packs. What if someone wanted to drop in and ask for more pictures? Or general questions? Something that small and simple, could lead to a decent community on here

The mobile version don't have profile panel or notification panel, you only can change your profile info. I think it's important thing to have.

And i'd like to see the return of games (or in games) giveaway and some more themes.
It's true that i like black but a bit of color could be appreciated.:big_grin_:

i think we all just need a mobile app for insider because mobile browsers doesn't have that great UI in web apps. just my opinion though

Ich würde mir mehr Tutorials wünschen. z.B. Mehrere Einzelkategorien zu den einzelnen Blade Model oder Peripherie Geräten. Hier könnte man dann auch Unterforen mit Tutorials anlegen wie "Synapse" oder "Chroma Arten" bei den einzelnen Modelen. Aktuell sind die Kategorien sehr allgemein gehalten.

Was ich auch cool finden würde... macht doch mal Videos. Ich finde es in Foren immer toll, wenn es eine Art "Wochen Show" als Video geben würde. Nennen könnte man es ja Razer TV oder so. Hier würden dann 1-2 Leute als Moderator fungieren und evtl. mal Leute von Razer Interviewen. Z.B. Was sie bei Razer machen, evtl. auch mit Comunity Anbindung das User auch Fragen stellen könnten. Oder neue Produkte vorgestellt werden wie neue Notebook oder Kopfhörer. Fände das viel cooler als immer bei YT Leuten beim Unboxing zu zuschauen oder Leute, die eigentlich keine Ahnung von den Produkten haben.

Ansonsten bin ich hier immer gerne unterwegs. Ich mag das dunkel Web Design hier. Macht weiter so 👌👍

I would like to see more tutorials. e.g. Several individual categories for the individual blade model or peripheral devices. Here you could also create subforums with tutorials like "Synapse" or "Chroma Types" for the single models. Currently the categories are very general.
Which I would also find cool... make videos. I always think it would be great in forums if there would be a kind of "week show" as video. You could call it Razer TV or something. Here 1-2 people would then act as a moderator and possibly times people from Razer interviews. For example, what they do at Razer, possibly also with community connection that users could ask questions. Or new products are presented like new notebook or headphones. I think it would be much cooler than always watching YT people unboxing or people who don't know anything about the products.
Apart from that I always like to be on the road here. I like the dark web design here. Keep up the good work 👌👍

I don't know why but a lot of times I get this alert "Access Denied" it happens quite often 😪 and when happens blocks my access to www.insider.razor.com and when I come back after some period of time works last time "Access Denied" appеars was when i try to just move on another page in "Show us your Battlestations!" or when i try to upload photo there... lol that just happen right now when I write that post out of nowhere"
The following error occurred:

You don't have permission to access "http://insider.razer.com/index.php?" on this server.
